This week, Entertainment Weekly is ranking the 20 most anticipated films of 2019, with “Wonder Woman,” “Titanic,” “X-Men: Apocalypse,” “Jurassic World,” “The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies” and “The Martian” in the lead.
The magazine’s editors then rank the top 10 films from all of the top 20 movies of 2019.

The list is in alphabetical order, with titles listed first in alphabetics and titles in the order they appear in the list.
“Wonder Women” and the film’s heroine are not the first female superheroes, but this film takes them to another level.
The actress plays a young woman in a world where she is a superhero with powers.
She is named “Wonderwoman” and she is voiced by Gal Gadot, who played Wonder Woman in the DC Comics series, as well as “Wonderboy” star and co-star Chris Pine.

“Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” stars Daniel Kaluuya as a human-like character named Jumanji, who is a leader of a tribe of Jungle natives.
“The BFG” stars Tom Hiddleston as a giant ape and Ben Mendelsohn as a big, brawny man with a machine gun.
The film is directed by Guy Ritchie, and is set in the 1980s, and features the voices of “Marlon Brando,” “Bill Murray,” and the late James Cameron.
“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” stars Felicity Jones as Princess Leia, and Diego Luna as Luke Skywalker.
The story follows the rise of a Rebel Alliance that is led by Princess Leia.
The “Star Wars” franchise has long been the target of Hollywood’s female critics.
The 2017 film “Rogue Nation” and 2017’s “Rogue 2: The Menagerie of Destruction” were both rated “C” or “G” by the MPAA.
“Star Trek Beyond” stars Chris Pine as Spock and Zachary Quinto as Captain James T. Kirk, and it’s the second installment in the franchise.
“Transformers: The Last Knight” is a sequel to the 2016 “Transformer” film, and stars Adam Driver as the voice of Maximus, a robot who fights crime in the galaxy far, far away.
“Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” is set during the 2020s and stars Rinko Kikuchi as the lead heroine.
She and her partner, a young man named Shiro, team up to take on a rogue robot named Skargarok and defeat him.
“Alien: Covenant” stars Josh Brolin as a former military officer who became a bounty hunter.
The script is by Ridley Scott and stars Chris Pratt, Kate Mara, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Laura Dern.
“Sicario” stars Javier Bardem as a CIA agent who is sent on a mission to steal a large amount of money.
The actors are playing a team of elite mercenaries known as the Syndicate, and they have to make their way through the streets of Mexico to steal the money.
“Justice League” stars Ben Affleck as Batman and Gal Gadomite as Wonder Woman.
The superhero franchise has been in a slump over the last few years due to the recent “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” and other superhero films.
The DC Comics movie “Wonder Man” has grossed over $1.6 billion worldwide, while the Marvel Comics movie has gross $1 billion worldwide.
The Warner Bros. Pictures film “Batman V Superman: The Killing Joke” is also in theaters, and the studio has not yet announced a release date for the film.
“Spider-Man: Homecoming” stars Robert Downey Jr., Paul Giamatti, and Tom Holland as two versions of Peter Parker/Spider-man.
The Marvel Comics superhero series is about a young Peter Parker, and he comes to the United States in the early 20th century to protect it from supervillains.
“Thor: Ragnarok” stars Mark Ruffalo as the Asgardian god Odin and Cate Blanchett as the Valkyrie.
